I'm passionate about showing what really good leadership culture can do to employer brand and success of an enterprise. My company specializes just in that. That is not my only mission. Few years back I was hopeless in trying to find the best matching job candidates to open vacancies. All I was offered was job histories. Well, I don't believe a successful match between an employer and an employee is based on a job history.
